Question
How long does it typically take to ship out the accountability binder?
Answer:
Pre-sale: On 1/16 (last day of pre-sale) 5-7 days business days for processing. Book will ship 3-5 days after processing. All books will be shipped standard. The goal is for you to have the book by February 1.
After Pre-sale: 10-15 business days for processing. Book will ship 3-5 days after processing

What is your return policy?
Answer:
All sales are Final! Please refer to size chart for clothes

What if I accidentally type in the wrong address for shipping?
Answer:
If the address you provided considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

My item was defective, what do I need to do?
Answer:
Send an email to lovearcanum@gmail.com.
Subject: "Defective-(your order number)
Body: explain what is wrong with the item and attach an image.
Ex:
Subject: Defective- 123456789
Body: The item is torn on the right leg
(include image)

What if item(s) wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
Answer:
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive, Love Arcanum will not recover the cost for reshipping or refunding the order
There may be cases were the deliver was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the address provided. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."
Love Arcanum is not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carries but hope to do so in the future

What if an order gets lost in the mail?
Answer:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated deliver date. No worries! we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for you help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. Also, we would need you to double check with the carrier to try to locate the lost order and provide an update.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will not take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense

Answer:

Body: Include updated address
You will be responsible fore reshipping fees. We will send an invoice for said amount
